Giorno 1 – Palermo Arrivo all'Aeroporto di Palermo Trasferimento privato in Hotel. Pernottamento in hotel a Palermo.

Giorno 2 - Palermo & Monreale 

Dopo colazione inizio alla scoperta della cultura e della cucina siciliana. L'itinerario inizia con una visita al Mercato del Capo, il mercato più antico di Palermo, dove vedere e degustare il famoso cibo di strada: panelle, arancine, crocchette e pani ca meusa. Ammiri le piccole e colorate baracche che caratterizzano la ricchezza di frutti, pesci e incontri e i venditori ambulanti urlano per attirare la tua attenzione. Successivamente visiterai Palermo che si estende lungo la bellissima baia tirrenica. Fondata dai fenici nel 7° e 8° secolo dC, fu conquistata dagli arabi nell'831 e iniziò un periodo di grande prosperità. Rimarrai incantato dagli ampi viali della città, dal centro storico e dalle costruzioni barocche... visiterai le principali attrazioni della città come la sezione normanna, i Quattro canti (i quattro angoli della città), piazza barocca del Duomo. Nel pomeriggio partenza per Monreale per visitare i bellissimi mosaici in stile bizantino raffiguranti scene dell'Antico e del Nuovo Testamento. Rientro in hotel a Palermo, pernottamento.

Giorno 3 - Palermo - Segesta & Erice – Agrigento 

Colazione in albergo. Prelievo dal tuo autista privato e trasferimento a Segesta uno dei principali luoghi suggestivi della Sicilia. Fu costruita sul Monte Barbaro alto 400 m sul livello del mare, da Elimi. Segesta è molto importante per il Tempio Dorico e possiamo trovarlo nella parte alta della città. Questa è orientata a nord verso il Golfo di Castellammare. Proseguimento per Erice, cittadina situata a circa 1000 metri di altezza, con vista sull'arcipelago delle isole Egadi. Pranzo gratis. Nel pomeriggio visita del centro storico e del castello medievale. La giornata si concluderà con la visita delle Saline di Marsala, da dove potremo ammirare le isole della Laguna ei mulini a vento, situati all'interno di una riserva naturale di grande valore storico e ambientale. Ritorno ad Agrigento. Pernottamento in hotel ad Agrigento

Day 4 –Planeta winery – Sambuca di Sicilia 

Today we leave for Sambuca di Sicilia, to visit the famous Planeta winery, We’ll taste four different wines during a typical Sicilian lunch. After lunch continue to Sambuca di Sicilia, a typical Sicilian village that in 2016 was voted the most beautiful Borgo  of Italy "THE VILLAGE OF VILLAGES". In this wonderful destination you can enjoy its historic center with its beautiful walk; the Carmine church built in 1530 but in fact you'll notice that instead demonstrates a strong fourteenth-century style to get there you have to climb atop a picturesque uphill road between two majestic palm trees. After the visit of Sambuca di S. Return in hotelin Agrigento . Overnight.

Day 5 –Agrigento/Borgo di Sant’Angelo Muxaro/Valle dei Templi 

After breakfast we will travel to reach the hinterland of Agrigento where on the hill in the center of the Platani River it was born little village call Sant’Angelo Muxaro(old Kamikos, famous for Dedalo and Minosse mitos). Our guide will then take us to a bakery to taste biscuits and home made cookies; then we will visit a shepard’s house to taste soft pecorino cheese and ricotta cheese, still warm. This walking itinerary really takes us far from the classic tourist routes. Here you will meet the local guide thet he shows you the historycal city center and he will support you in the visit  of the archeologichal museum, and old bakery( where you cale at thet ipycal food: sfincione, sicilian pizza with pecorino, olive olil, anchovies, onion and oregan). Family lunch in a tipycal court.  After lunch you will come to Agrigento where with a guide you’ll visit the beautifull Temples Valley, Unesco World Heritage,from a wide expanse of almond trees(already in flowers in February)stand the rests of the old Akragas,defined from Pindato “the best city of mortal”. Here you can admire Giunone Temple, Concordia Temple and Ercole and Zeus Temples. Return in hotel in Agrigento , Overnight

Day 6–Sciacca- Cooking Class in Park Cultural Farm -  Siracusa  

Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Favara. This experience has guests spending a morning at the Farm Cultural Park of  Favara (Agrigento). The British travel blog, Purple Travel has placed Favara and Farm Cultural Park at  sixth in the world as a tourist destination for lovers of contemporary art, preceded by Florence, Paris, Bilbao, the Greek Islands and New York. Program : Gosicily welcome drink, fresh homemade lemonade served with typical Sicilian snacks;

Program:

Cooking course lasting about three hours, using fresh, local organic produce; guests will receive instructional hands-on lessons in the preparation of three traditional Sicilian dishes;

Tour of the art gallery and courtyards (the gardens, current exhibits, museum shop, etc.);

 GoSicily lunch consisting of the dishes prepared during the course, served in the museum’s “black space” or “n’zemmula” with locally made wine and seasonal fruit.

In the afternoom Trasfer Area Siracusa  Overnight in Hotel.

Day 7– Siracusa & Noto.

Breakfast in Hotel and Dearture to Siracusa. Visit of Archeological Park of the Neapolis (Greek Theatre, Roman Amphitheater, Latomie and Dionisio’s ear). Visit to the historycal center of Ortigia where you will be encanthed to the amazing Barocal Cathedral and its square that it was Greek Temple in Doric Style. Following, along the little street of the centre you could see th famous Aretusa mountain, in front of the Big Port.Lunch in restaurant and departure to the close Noto, Barocco Capital in Sicily and UNESCO Heritage. Along its main axis you will admire palaces, chuerches and convents where the main are th Cathedral, Nicolaci Palace, Villadorata and Ducezio Palace. Return in Hotel Area Taormina . Overnight.

Day 8– Taormina

Breakfast in hotel  and meeting with the guide and visit  The historic town was founded by the Sicilians in 1300 to C. Later it was used by the Greeks and Romans. Here we visit the greek-Roman amphitheater, Taormina's Cathedral, the Piccolo Teatro Odeon, the Corvaia Palace and we can take a walk on the Corso Umberto. Afternoon free for shopping and the relax. Overnight stay at Hotel in Taormina .

Day 9 – : Etna Tour  e visit Winery / Catania

Breakfast in Hotel and tranfer to Etna Mountain, the biggest active volcano in Europe, It is  one of the main attraction in Sicily.Beautiful and famout not only for volcani phenomena, but as well for the breathtaking view and the different kind of flora and fauna that you can find there. During the climb,in maximum security, you can admire the principals point of the pass eruptions discovering the traditional smells and falvours that it born on the sclopes. At the end of the Etna tours we will visit the winery where born a particolar kind of wine  thanks to temperature and special volcanic soils, where it grows a particular type of grape.At the maximum height where the temperature have a great buzz among the day and night permit a phenol and aromatic maturation that it is essensial for the colour and flavourof the red grapes and for the aroma in white wines. In the afternoom visit  to Catania, the town known for its original baroque style and for its streets built with black lava stone from mount Etna. Walking tour through Via Etnea, the Baroque street “Via Crociferi”, Piazza Duomo with the Cathedral and the “Liotru” statue, symbol of the city. Overnight in hotel Area Taormina

Day 10 –  Brekfast in hotel and Private Transfer to Catania Airport
