1. SICILIAN FAMILY LUNCH/DINNER
A one of kind experience: dine with a lovely Sicilian family that will be happy to host you in a charming house and delight you with traditional specialities of the Sicilian cuisine. A tour through colors, flavors, history, culinary anecdotes and friendly atmosphere. Discover the secrets of the homemade cooking and the passion for good and genuine food.

2. SICILIAN COUNTRY LIFE (WITH SICILIAN PIZZA LESSON)
Departure from Agrigento Area for the nearby village Sant’Angelo Muxaro for a cooking class in a typical private country house to learn how to prepare Sicilian bread and pizza (sfincione) with traditional ingredients like pecorino cheese, olive oil and sardines. Lunch with pizza and hot bread with olive oil and oregano!
In the afternoon an archaeological walk with our local Tour Guide through the countryside and its magnificent nature, to visit the largest and oldest Tholos Tomb in Sicily (300 B.C.). This whole area is connected with the myth of Dedalus and Icarus and the Minotaur labyrinth.
Our guide will then take us to a bakery to taste biscuits and home made cookies; then we will visit a shepard’s house to taste soft pecorino cheese and ricotta cheese, still warm. This walking itinerary really takes us far from the classic tourist routes.

3. RIDING ALONG THE PATHS OF THE VALLEY OF THE TEMPLES
Transfer to the riding school, it will welcome us with its beautiful horses. we will cross any kind of paths , along different paths, it allows us to discover fascinating places. We will spend a few hours with docile horses, breathing pure air and admiring beautiful landscapes. The path will be inside of the perimeter of the Valley of the Temples, we could admire riding our horses the beauty of the landscapes and the Roman temples of Agrigento.

4. TOUR IN SCHOONER TO ADMIRE THE SCALA DEI TURCHI
Morning Tour:
Departure from the small port of San Leone at 10 o clock. After approximately about 60 minutes of navigation, during we could enjoy the magnificent views of the coast, we will come to Scala dei Turchi, a white marl ridge which glistens in the sunlight, and it  will  become UNESCO heritage soon. After another short sail we will come to Cape Russell and Rocca Gucciarda where we will stop. In this place we can swim and practice snorkeling activities. There we will hava at our disposal  surfboards for those who we want  sunbathing directly into the water. At lunchtime we will enjoy a plate of fresh pasta with  pistachio sauce ( Pistacchio di Bronte ), fresh shrimps and bitter almond kernels, all served with fresh white wine. While navigating we  will have fruit, water, tea and wine. The return is scheduled at about 16:00.
Afternoon Tour:
Departure from the small port of San Leone at 17:00. At about 18:00 we will reach the Turkish Steps, where you can swim and practice snorkeling activities. At sunset we will enjoy an aperitif  made of  bread with marinated anchovies from  Lampedusa, red tuna from Trapani and salmon, all served with fresh Prosecco. Dinner continues with a serving of fresh pasta with pistachio souce (Pistacchio Di Bronte), fresh shrimps and bitter almond kernels, all served with fresh  white wine. While sailing we will have fruit, water, tea and wine. The return is scheduled at night, arriving at the port at 21:30, during sailing we could  enjoy views of the illuminated coast.
The excursions take place every day, weather permitting. The schooner is a bialbero built in 1936 and it has sunbathing areas with pillows, shaded areas, covered areas and services.

5. THE TRUTH SICILY
Departure from Agrigento Area for. Visit one of the most typical village of the Agrigento Province, in the ancient heart of Sicily, to the gates of the Sican Mountains. Sant’Angelo Muxaro rises in the places that saw the epos of the Sican King Kokalos, in a secret and ancient land, so far from the mass tourism; tortuous and picturesque, on a hill over the Valley of the Platani river. Along the town’s lanes and courtyards, you can enjoy the sight of the wild and luxuriant countryside. You will meet your guide in Sant’Angelo.
The first kilometers will take you into a natural path leading to the characteristic hill of Sant’Angelo. You’ll continue for some kilometers in a fascinating scene until arriving to the archaeological area, where you will visit tombs and recent diggings. Along the route, you will see almonds trees, pistachio trees, olives trees and so on. At about 270 meters you will stop at the Tholos tomb, also known as the The Tomb of the Prince. Thereafter, the itinerary becomes gastronomic and you are going to stop between the narrow lanes of Sant’Angelo Muxaro for cheese, bread with olives, oil, typical omelets of the season, and red wine tasting.
